Have you ever wondered what Lydia Deetz could wear if she was from the Victorian period? No, just me?
This capelet is heavily inspired by Victorian mourning capelets from the 1890s. The outer fabric is poly silk taffeta, striped cotton lining. The striped trim is cotton, the velvet ribbon is antique. The little bobbles at the end of the velvet ribbons are also antique. The striped fabric is new age, I bought it years ago from some fabric store.
This garment has been re-done from the original that I listed back in summer 2020.
